LLC Tobolsk-Polymer
Scope of work:
Protection of the "Plant of polypropylene (PP) production with a capacity of 500 thousand tons per year", located on the site of LLC Tobolsk-Polymer with modular automatic gas fire suppression produced by Eusebi Impianti company with fire detection and fire suppression control systems.
Automatic gas fire suppression unit protects electrical engineering facilities and server room of the premises of the plant (5 sections), with the total protected area of 1518.4 m2.
The system structure:
Automatic gas fire suppression unit of modular type with Halocarbon 227еа as a gas fire suppressing substance. Modules of gas fire suppression are installed directly in the protected premises.
The bank module includes a collector and cylinders with capacity of 140 l with halocarbon 227еа, completed with a lock and release device, pressure gauge, remote control system, high pressure hose to discharge the gas into the collector. Automatic gas fire suppression unit also includes a pipeline made of jointless steel pipes according to GOST 8734-75 and outlet 4-jet spray nozzles produced by Eusebi Impianti (Italy).
